Actually no, because the album is not being recorded now in a studio but in Jari's place... also Kai is busy touring with Swallow the sun I think, so he's kinda busy as well.

lol in 2 german fanzines was posted this yesterday:
"Alle WINTERSUN-Fans können aufatmen, denn die Band hat die Aufnahmen zu ihrem zweiten Album "Time" nun endlich beendet. Seit 2006 haben die Finnen an dem "Wintersun"-Nachfolger (2004) gewerkelt und ein Veröffentlichungsdatum ein ums andere Mal verschoben. Nun steht der 31.06.2010 als Erscheinungstag fest. Bandkopf Jari Mäenpää verspricht den Fans einen gelungenen Nachfolger des Debüts. Auf "Time" werden auch Petri Lindroos (ENSIFERUM), ZP Theart (ex-DRAGONFORCE), der Finnish Idol-Sieger Ari Loivunen und Richard Sjunnesson von SONIC SYNDICATE, die Mäenpää genau wie IN FLAMES als Inspiration für "Time" angibt, zu hören sein.

Ok, this is getting ridiculous, I have always supported Jari and said that he should take the time he needs, but no one has luck this bad to have an album delayed for years upon years. We NEED some sort of update. I don't know if Jari or Kai check this forum anymore, but if either reads this, you are definitely losing support and though I'm sure Time will be an utter masterpiece, just please tell us fans what's going on.
About a year ago or maybe more by now, wasn't pretty much everything finished besides about 30% of the orchestrations?
